Considered one of the finest in the area, the athletic club at Sugar Mill Pond connects residents to more than great classes and state-of-the-art equipment. With membership included in HOA dues, it has become a thriving social hub for adults and active seniors. The new state of the art gym is currently under construction. This will double the size of the current gym as well as add an additional pool.
Boardwalk
The secret is out. The best views of Sugar Mill Pond are seen from our boardwalk. It’s also one of the best places to run into fellow neighbors. Enjoy a walk or a jog on the water’s edge anytime you like.
Pools
No need to hop a plane. Wide umbrellas, waving palms and sparkling blue water are never more than a short walk away. Sugar Mill Pond residents and their guests soak in the luxury of our private pool all season long. The new state of the art gym is under construction and will feature a lap pool. Residents will have the best of both worlds, lounging or staying active.
Performance Pavillion
One of Youngsville’s top destinations for live music and events is right here in our neighborhood. The Performance Pavilion at Sugar Mill Pond draws crowds of residents and visitors with a steady line-up of local entertainment.
Boat House
The perfect setting for your next event. The Sugar Mill Pond Boat House is available to residents for private event rentals. Ask about our booking policy here.
Schools
Our schools are the pride of our community. Sugar Mill Pond schools include a preschool, and one of the top private schools in the state of Louisiana. We are about to begin construction on the new high school.
